What is an alibi?
An alibi is a statement that is used to prove that you where not present near the scene of a crime when the crime was committed. Testimony from others and any other records, such as work records or a date and time stamped video, can help solidify your alibi. With a valid alibi, the prosecution must work even harder to prove that you are guilty.
